The Training and Placement cell is one of the most reputed departments of Sterling Institute of pharmacy . We encourage students to explore the best type of placement in companies suited for their career. We boost students to world exposure and guide the students so that they take proper steps towards their success till the end. The placement season commences in the first month of every academic year and continues till the May. Pre-Placement Talks are conducted for the final year students prior to the commencement of placement session every year. Various interviews with top companies throughout Mumbai and Navi Mumbai are arranged for final year students.

The T&P cell has adequate infrastructure to accommodate all the activities related to training and placement of students. The T&P cell is assisted by a committee comprising of one student representatives from all four years. To cater the needs of industry and students, separate divisions are created with a single point of contact for each division.
